Hi,
I've got a Marantz RC5000 with the model number on the back showing TS5000/02. It is a UK model, made in Belgium and I have the Philips Regarable battery pack in it.
I'm using Sys V4.2 [07/11/2000 11:52] App V5.0 [07/11/2000 11:55]
I've had the unit for 2 months, and it has the concaved/convexed buttons.
I will always get the unit to reboot if I have nothing in the Macro Groups, but I still select the Macro Group from the unit, and then press either of the bottom hard buttons.
It doesn't matter which ccf I use, and but it is easiest to show by creating a new ccf. Add a new panel to the Home and download this to the Unit.
Once downloaded, I press the Macro Group, then either of the hard buttons at the bottom. It resets.
This happens even if i have the LCD backlight set to come on or not (Set Level to the right or left)
Do I have a defective unit?, can anyone else repeat the above and get the same results, is there a solution to the problem.
Sorry for the length.
Kind Regards,
Guy

Ouch, every time I hit my finger with a hammer, it hurts! Can anyone else try it and let me know if it hurts them too? Is there something wrong with the hammmer? Or could it be the finger? I have a finger that is approximately 41 years old, it is made in Germany and was exported to the United States in 1987. All fingers are concave, except for the one I hit, it is convex now. I really would appreciate help in this matter!

You're using very old firmware, update to the latest.
