Is there a place I can send out my Pronto to get it program with my equipment and custom configurations ?

Would you be willing to send the original remotes of your equipment? Do you have a computer that you could use to download a ccf file into your Pronto with? If you did not want to send your remotes you could create a very simple ccf file that you could teach each command in and send it via e-mail. If so, I could program your Pronto.
