Is it possible to somehow decipher the discrete on/off codes from the learned toggle code??

Also if anyone has discrete on/off for a Panasonic TV, other than those in the file archives.....

No. Each IR Code eventually translates to 2 numbers - a device number and a function number. The device is used to distinguish between different pieces of equipment using the same or similar IR encoding scheme. The function denotes what you want to do.

If you know the function number for toggling power, this does not provide you with any information for determining a different function code (other than knowing that it can't be the one you alrady know).

If you don't have a discrete code, the chanches are very high that it does not exist.

You could play around with IRTool, ProntoUtil and IRPanels to generate a CCF with all possible function codes and try them all out.
