Has anyone had luck programming Lutron Spacer System switches with a Pronto? I'm trying to program the lights without buying the 4 scene remote. The instructions say to hold the button down for 4 or 5 seconds to learn the scene. But the Pronto doesn't hold the IR signal long enough. I'm currently stuck with the default programming that the switch starts up with, but I'd like something different without spending the $$$.

take your spacer out of the gang box its mounted in and learn the code into the back of it then reinsert it back into the box and close it up do this for all five scenes.

My problem is that the IR signal doesn't hold long enough for the switch to memorize the setting. Even if you hold the button down. It doesn't have anything to do with programming from the back or anything.
