The Calibration on the Pronto is all messed up even after I try re-calibrating it in the Pronto setup menu. Does anyone have any suggestion on what to do? I have tried resetting it and keeping the battery's out for awhile..Thanks for you help..

One thing to try is calibrating with the closed tip of a ball-point pen. Fingers don't work too well. Let us know how it goes...

Thanks for your help Daniel I'll go try that now.. When calibrating it do I touch the upper left followed by the upper right or upper left followed by lower left? The only reason I ask is because the manual says "to touch the upper left followed by the upper right" and the Pronto says "upper left followed by lower left".

I'd do what the Pronto itself says. :-)
