I bought my Pronto mail order from Jim Shanahan at The Movie Store last December. Unfortunately the screen went funny and so I sent it back for a warranty claim. To my delight Jim promptly sent back a new one as soon as the old one arrived! I was expecting weeks or months of waiting while a repair was made.
I can't recommend this place highly enough - no fuss service counts!
