silly question i know but were is the serial No: for my rc5000 is it the long number on the units bag?
Thank god and i guess philips this thing works great. Having tryed cheap all in ones before i was worryed that all i was going to get was yet another remote on the table.Anyway thanks for the info and i will visit this site often.Oh yer it looks like a prop from startrek great.

The serial number starts with "PL" and, I believe, should be in the battery compartment.
