Hi

I have just bought an RC5000 and it won't recongnize any of my remote controls, I've tried my toshiba tv, pioneer dvd player remotes on it but it fails on all. DO i have to download newer software so it recognizes them

Is your remote pointing at the bottom of the Pronto?

Meaning, you learn from the BOTTOM of the Pronto, not the top.
