I just got my remote and downloaded the program from the internet. I installed it to my computer and ran it. After it asks me if I accept the "Terms and conditions" I get the following error message:

I'd suggest downloading the software again. It seems most weird errors like this are caused by a corrupted download, and the installation program doesn't seem to check for that.
