THX, Daniel, but the loading of the Pronto Edit was
done on a real computer, not the Webtv that I'm accustomed to. The computer is 233MHz, 3.2 Gigabyte
hard disk, 32 Megabyte ROM. The loading went without a hitch; however, I do not know what to do with what I have, since I am not particularly one
who is "computer literate".
Trying...Mark.

If I understand your problem correctly, you have downloaded a file "ProntoEdit1.05.exe" to your pc.
Put this file in a convenient empty folder and then doubleclick on it. It will install (and register as far as needed) all files [(and "ProntoEdit.exe" itself) required to run ProntoEdit] in the folder into which you have placed it.
