Probably me but, I can't get my new pronto to learn and ir codes from any of my original remotes. It always says fail... It is new, out of the box, version sys3.61 and app4.84. I can't do a revert as the button is greyed out.
I am downloading the newest software in hopes but, I don't think that is the major issue. Any ideas?

Are you pointing the remotes at the right end of the Pronto? You learn from the bottom, not the top...
