I have an EAD Theatermaster Encore preamp. I cannot seem to turn off (this require a fast double clicking on the power button in the original remote)the preamp with my pronto. I tried using the delay action with several time intervals ranging from 0.1 seconds to 1.0 second and it only work 1 out of 10 times when the delay is set at 0.2 seconds. I even tried the beep function and they do not seem to help.

Does anybody know how to fix the problem? Please help.

Try doubling up commands on either side of the delay. And do you think you may need SHORTER than 0.1 seconds?

The Pronto can work the double press action just fine for the EAD. I have done 4 systems or more using it, without any problems. If I recall correctly, the delay used was somewhere between 0.2 and 0.4sec, I would try 0.3sec.
