"better" hard buttons...

After using the Pronto for a while (and loving it), I believe that I have one major improvement for it: The left/right hard buttons should be replaced with a cursor joystick like on the remotes for the Sony XBR TV and the SAT-A55 satellite decoders. It's very difficult to surf using "soft" buttons, because you have to look at them to see where they are. ...and I particularly like the mechanical implementation on those remotes I mentioned... better that on the remote included with the SAT-B55.

Just my $0.02,

Jeff

Try adding these to the thread for our wish list. I do not know the direct link, but if you search for "wish list", you will find it. You can review the MANY comments and wishes by all of us. I believe this one, at least a flavor of this request, is in the list. Some good ideas in that thread!

Yup, something I've been asking Philips for for a while. Considering Philips already has a design for the joystick -- in the RU880 -- I don't see why it couldn't be incorporated.
