after a client of mine tried to load a customized configuration, the pronto quit working... changed batteries, tried to communicate with it, pushed buttons.. everything, to no avail.. anyone run into this little problem lately? there was rumor running around that some of the prontos had been shipped with a bad OS. what can be done to fix this problem?
