Is there a printable version of the FAQ? A link to a Word doc would be great. Or just anything where you wouldn't have to follow each link to print the entire thing out (and hand it to a newbie)...

No... it started off as one big huge document originally, but there were too many complaints about loading speed, finding things, etc. Right now I've had to sub-divide things further. Each "section" is a different page (not each question).
