One of these is Daniel's. I forget who made the other one.
Go to the files area, and download the Complete System CCF from Daniel Tonks.

The one pictured in the manual isn't anything compared to what's available now -- there's a lot of good CCF files out there. My CCF has been extensively updated since that photograph. There's 145 system CCF files now available!

Just browse all the files under FILES up in the "remote control" on this page. Here are some things you will find:
1) A BUNCH of device ccfs. These are groups of panels that have the IR codes already in them for various models of components.
2) X10 panel(s) with the X10 commands to automate your house.
3) System ccfs - where you find people's ccfs with varying styles and designs. There are alot of creative people that access this site, and you can download any of them and run them thru the emulator to see how they designed their systems.
4) Buttons - here you will find galleries and other useful things. These galleries have things like neat buttons, frames, satellite channels, cool icons, etc. If you change your pronto.ini file to hold a bigger file than 380K, you could merge all of these into a bigger gallery.
5) Design Elements - telephone directories, calendars, and other interesting pieces
6) Sounds & Music - buttons that will beep out some favorite movie theme snippets and a functional piano
7) Pronto Utilities - various software that can help you maintain your Pronto and IR codes.
Moral of the story: "Borrow" what you want, and fill in the blanks with your own designs. Then share the final creation with the rest of us!
