Hi everybody,

I live in Indonesia and I can't find the pronto anywhere down here so I am thinking to buy from http://www.letsautomate.com .... Does anybody have any experiences with them...

Or does anybody know where to buy pronto in Asia-Pacific

Thanks,

Erick

Hi

I bought my Pronto from Lets Automate and I must compliment the company on an excellent service, there was an inital delay because they couldn't get the first batch of Pronto's from Philips, but as soon as they arrived they shipped mine.

So I would have no problems with recommending Lets Automate, not only for the Pronto but for X-10 equipment as well.

I also ordered a silver UK spec pronto from letsautomate. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I ordered on Christmas Eve, and there was a delay because the UK was basically closed for ten days. Mike always replied to emails very quickly and was always very helpful.

I didn't know anything about X-10, but looking at his site, I am getting interested!

I purchased a US spec. Pronto from Lets Automate with a UK charger. Everything arrived on the correct day and in excellent condition. I would recommend them. Good Service.

I share the feelings about letsautomate.
Tried it only once, but I'll do it again.
And they are very prompt in answering e-mail questions.
Recommended.

I ordered my US spec pronto from let's automate just before xmas. I received order confirmation and UPS tracking number with a link to the tracking site on the same day. My pronto arrived two days later with no problems at all. I'd recomend them and use them again myself.

Yep. Same experience. I ordered a Pronto, Docking Station, and a remote extender. There was a small delay because I ordered them just before Christmas, but they all arrived pretty promptly and when I had a query a couple of weeks after delivery, I got a response to my Email within a matter of hours. It could have been even quicker than that, but I don't log on that often!

Same here, I ordered a US Pronto and some X10 kit over the new year period. I was notified by email of the shipping date and gat a parcel tracking number. My order arrived the next day.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a few questions before ordering my Pronto and they answered within an hour. Superb price as well. You've guessed it, they got my order.

Terrible service. Terrible product. Extremely unhelpful staff. Yeah - right! Got my Pronto in 2 days, got my first taste of X-10 the week after, and Mike H has been extremely helpful. Go for it!
