I have an installation in a hotel in Singapore. 10 room suites
with Bose Lifestyle 5 systems and a bunch of other AV
equipment. The client wants to use a single teachable
remote. ie Pronto Pro NG.
I've searched the forums and it seems there is no way to
control the Bose LS 5 with anything but the original Bose RF
remote.
Is there a solution to this problem other than replacing the
Bose (the client wants to keep it if possible)?

Your question for bose IR communication is suitable for either the Pronto Forum or the Pronto NG forum. For specific questions specific to a TSU7000, use the Pronto NG forum as you will get a quicker response.

There have been several discussions in this forum for Bose. Do a search for Bose Lifestyle and you can get in on the action.

Best of luck,
