I've "reverted" my TSU6000 and am trying to BRAND a TV. When I select the TV button (Select device to change its brand) I receive: "TV does not contain brand information. Do you wish to select another device? YES NO".
YES takes me back to the device selection screen... NO takes me back to the HOME page.
Stupid question time... How do I assign a brand to a device? (I'm doing this from the TSU6000 and not the software.)
Suggestions to get me on the right track are appreciated.

Suggestion... Use the software, you'll be happier.

I'm still having problems. I've tried the ProntoEdit software to Brand my TV. I'm able to select the brand on the PC, then I download to the TSU6000. Here's what I see...
Using the default CCF...
Home page: select TV Hard buttons work ok for Volume and Channel None of the soft buttons have any effect on the TV
I then put the unit into the BRAND mode (from the TSU6000) to make sure the correct brand was captured. Instructions say: Select device to change its brand. When I tap TV I get the following message:
TV does not contain brand information. Do you wish to select another device?
Yes sends me back to the selection page, No sends me back to the home page.
Firmware SYS V1.4, App V1.4, and default 1,v1.1
I even downloaded the Firmware a second and third time.
Any suggestions appreciated.
