I'm trying to find the phone number for pronto warranty service. I tried talking to the people at the number listed on prontos website, but it's not for pronto warranty service, and amazingly neither of the two people I spoke with were able to locate the number I need. I origionally found this number on a piece of paper included with the owners manual, but now can't find the paper. I believe warranty service is located in Kentucky. Can anybody help?
