Is it possible to have a clock appear on the screen of my rc5200? I think my buddy has it, but he doesn't remember how to do it.

Nope. The 5200 and 9200 don't have the clock feature due to the smaller system area (unlike the larger areas on the Prontos). This is further evidenced by the lack of clock settings in Setup.
