Can someone please help me. All the functions i.e the learn command etc are not appearing when I press the remote control icon on my Pronto Pro. What am i doing wrong? If you press the icon for 3 secs the setup menu appears as advertised

You need to be on a device page to get the learn option, Home page opens setup options.
