I downloaded a ccf file into my pronto pro. I then went to a page with buttons in order to learn the IR codes from my component remote controls. But the Pronto pro did not have LEARN on the mode menu on that page. That is, I couldn't get into Learn mode for those pages I had just designed and dowmloaded. All the buttons had some command already in them, either a delay, or other command. Can't I just learn over already installed commands? What is up?

If you're on the macro side of the remote, learning is not an option. From within Pronto Edit, drag the macro group up the tree (on the left side) into the device side. Your links will be preserved, and learning is now an option.

FWIW, learning while attached to the computer is very unreliable. Download the ccf to the remote, learn, and then upload back to the computer.
