I bought a new pc...I get an error message when I try to download the config. into the 3.2 Pronto Pro software. 'Does not contain a valid configuration'. I'm using a serial connection..but had to put a serial card in my new PC. Is there something I should do...or can I buy a cable with USB for the remote? Joe

You should be using ProntoEdit 4.05. V3.2 is buggy and can corrupt your CCF.
