Im getting a message :ERROR DOWNLOADING CONFIGURATION TO R.C. DEVICE . anyone any ideas is it P.Edit 4, Ive not updated my Pronto since dowloading this file ,last time I updated was April 2002.

Try tapping the screen to wake up the remote, just prior to downloading - usually works. Jim L
