I am a newbie and I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure this out. I just opened a new Pronto Pro TSU6000. I believe everything is connected OK because Pronto Edit allows me to updoad the CCF from the Pronto but when I try to download a CCF to the pronto I get the following error message:
"Error downloading configuration to RC device"
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks so much in advance.

Try tapping the screen to wake up the remote just prior to download. Jim L

I had the similar problem - make sure the unit is awake before connecting, it doesn't seem to matter if it goes to sleep during the xfer. Also check on the version of the prontoedit software and of the os for the prontopro - I upgraded both of mine and the invalid ccf messages have gone away - it onlly took me a few minutes to upgrade and the links are on this site.
