On this website I saw people having problems with loading the batt.pack and I have the same problem
green light of dockingsystem, green light of dockingsys ends but in the setup menue of the pronto it says that the battery is loaded for 65% only.
after a call to philips netherlands they called me back and said that there is a problem with this system
allthough the battery is 100% loaded ??????? their words.
I've send an email to the helpdesk of philips and I will keep this forum updated whenever I get an answer.
By the way I tried solutions like cleaning the dock etc. but nothing helps and philips explained me there is a manufactoring error!!
will keep you updated but would like to see a response if you face the same probs.
