All...I have been able to find codes on this site for all my equipment, except for my VCR and DVD player. I am relatively new at this and was hoping to find some sample ccfs for all my devices. I would completely customize later once I figure out how this all works.
How would I find out if other codes would work my DVD or VCR? Is it trial and error? I thought maybe a previous model would work. I have a Toshiba SD3750 DVD player and a Toshiba W612 VCR.

As you say, you can download a previous (or current) model and try them out. Yes, it's trial and error. You could also just learn the codes as many of us do. Jim L

Thanks Jim...I have the TV, Satellite, and Reciever on the Pronto - that itself is a big step in the right direction. I think I will try to learn the DVD.

If you have the remote controls model number, I could probably find the codes for you. Unfortunatly, Toshiba is a TOAD (no discreet codes) but there are ways around that.
