I'm looking for discrete ON and OFF codes for a Sony T60 satellite/DVR. Can anybody help?

Why would you want to turn off a TiVO?

It is actually a standby mode, it will continue to record while in standby. My dilema is that I have a Sony HD SAT and Sony SAT/DVR in the same rack. If my client wants to record a couple of shows on TIVO while viewing via the HD SAT then any changes on the HD will effect the TIVO unit as well. Putting the TIVO unit in standby will alleviate this problem. I found some discrete codes @ the MX forum and will test them today.

ah...ok.

but what is the URL?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

The T60 has three remote addresses, so there shouldn't be any crosstalk between the tivo and HD receiver.

I thought about that, but couldn't find info in the manual. I should look through on-screen menu.

To change remote addreses;

Menu> Messages & Setup> System Info>

Scroll down until you see REMOTE ADDRESS

While pointing the OEM remote away from the receiver, Press & hold TIVO & PAUSE until the light remains on.

While pointing the remote towards receiver, press 2 or 3, which changes the OEM remote.

Now to change receiver, press the right cursor, the remote address on screen should change.

These directions aren't in the T60's manual, the come from the Philips Tivo manual, which has a choice of 9 addresses.
