I have a pronto tsu1000. A couple of days ago, my wife spilled milked onto my favorite toy. I was able to recover all functionality except for the hard button at the bottom on the left. All other functionality works including the touch screen. Needless to say, she just bought me a new one. Now I have to decide on the tsu3000 or 6000. My question to others is, I'm thinking about placing the 1000 up for sale. It still functions well except for the problem mentioned above. Never had any service issues and it's 3 years old. How much is it worth?
Thanks Taz

if you sell it on ebay you'll be sure to get at least a fair price if not more.
since working refurb ts1000's are $85-100, i wouldn't personally pay more than about $40 bucks for one that wasn't entirely working.

I might just end up calling philips and sending it back for repairs then offering it up for resale.

I think the cost of getting it repaired would be more than a refurb (with warrantee) would sell for. You might try taking it apart to see if you can correct the button problem. A forum search will yeild lots of info on taking it apart. Jim L

Do you have a price in mind? I might take it off your hands if the price is right.
