Hello, Just purchased a new receiver from Denon (AVR-5803, AVC-A1SR) and it came with a LCD remoter RC-871.

I previously bought an RC5000ia remote and having trouble moving a couple things.

First the Denon RC-871 has a small control stick for navigating internal menus, I need this for my setup on my receiver (Left,Right,Up,Down & Enter), and a button called "Cursor/Page", being an enternal device it does not send any codes out to learn for RC5000i.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

P.S. It's not a bad remote but I beleive the RC5000i is more easier and better.

The cursor/Page key is just a Lock for the joystick. Normally, the Joystick will turn pages on that device (Just like the arrows at the top)

When you hit Cursor/Page it simple locks the joystick to output the Nav covtrols for your Receiver.

Once its locked, just learn in the Up/Down/Left/Right/Enter command to your 5000 and your all set.
