Many people on this forum will help you although it will probably be in English (American variety most likely).
However if you search the site you will find the answers to almost all of the questions you are likely to have have already been posted either on the forum or in the FAQ.
[Link: remotecentral.com]In case you don't know the TSU2000 you will see regulary refered to is the US version of the RU940 and is pretty much the same (TSU1000 and RU890 also pretty similar)
As for downloading devices. If you see one you like if it is for the same make as your equipment it may well work anyway even if the model is diferent. If it is a completely different make but you like the design then download it anyway and replace the ir codes with new ones by learning them from your current remote
It sometimes seems a bit daunting to begin with but it is worth the effort.
