who can help me? I bought the Pronto RU940 recently
+ a docking system to avoid to buy batteries every time but after 48 hours in the docking system the battery is still low and after 15 minutes of programming it says
low battery IS THIS NORMAL ??

if the battery was full, it should not reach low battery after 15 minutes.

also once the low battery icon lights up, you need to charge the remote until the green light turns off, and then take the battery out and put it back in
...
