Has anyone delt with the Canadian side for warranty/replacement issues? I have a tsu2000 that has damage to the battery contacts (looks like it shorted out) and now the battery is always flashing recharge on the screen. I tried the bend the pins tricks etc to no avail...Anyways I called the support # and once I told then I was in Canada they gave me another number to call, since USA Philips wont have anything to do with Canadian problems. Called the number got transfered to the proper person, left a message waited a week no response. Called back got direct # for person who deals with Pronto's, they then transfered me to another person. Had to leave another message. 3 days have past no response, I am starting to become a little upset over having to jump through hoops. Does anyone have a contact number for a Canadian Philips CSR that can help me resolve my Pronto specific problem?

Yes after two weeks of the run around. I have a list of numbers now and one of them happens to be for parts. If you need warranty work call 1-888-292-3440 I believe this number is for parts 1-905-624-8516 Good luck
