My Pronto Pro touch screen stopped responding to touch- so I upfdated the firmware and reloaded the ccf.
Now, it goes into an endless loop of "touch left hand corner", calibration failed, etc.

1) Anyone know what it costs to get this thing repaired (our of warranty assuming 1 yr warranty) and
how long that takes?

2) Any idea when the iPronto will be available? I have seen "End of Whatever Month is Next" for a while.

TIA,

Ken

I'd try downloading the firmware again. Are you using the most recent firmware? When you calibrate are you using a fine ppint like a pencil tip?

You can take out the battery-pack and leave it out for a few day's. It could work, try it.

I'd try downloading the firmware again.

& again, & again, & again, & again . . . . . sometimes it takes several attempts.

(unless, of course you're just looking for an excuse to upgrade to the iPtonto        )
