Please help! I believe I have a TS1000. It's the Pronto Model that first came out. I tried to update my ccf file with new screens so I can use it with when I switched from DirecTV to Dish Network. When I upload my new ccf to the Pronto, I get a message indicating that the Pronto has been corrupted and the system resets itself. Thanks in advance for helping me out.

try updating the firmware. Under the tool menu bar in pronto edit there should be a firmware option, make sur eyou are current. That may solve your problem. good luck

Is it saying that your CCF is corrupt? Just download it again. Is it saying something else is corrupt? Update firmware. Doesn't sound like you have the constantly rebooting problem.
