Hello can anyone help me please. trying to connect my Pronto 940 to my laptop with no serial ports. So I purchased a Belkin Multi-hub to connect to my Compaq laptop through USB. The message keeps saying "RC device not connected or not responding". I have reconfigured multi-port to Com 1 and 2. The message I am getting from details is the same for com 1 and 2, "Com 1 opened but no response from RC device"
Can anyone help me with this connection issue.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks.

If you are using Win XP the Keyspan USA-19QW will work, the Belkin will not.
