Remove the RF antenna and IR interfacing works with the TU2000 and Tivo remotes

I know this tuner is an RF device, but Ive been able to get it to respond to a mute, and volup/voldown with my tivo remote, so the device has a IF receiver.

I just cant get a good database of IR codes, and the tivo remote is having a problem re-producing its results (1 in 500 hit)
