I have a Model number 3900 Echostart Dish Receiver that I need the CCF for I have yet to receive my new TSU2000 but am playing with the Protoedit. I guess if no one has it I can self learn off the original remote. Thanks

Look in the files section, there are lots of Dish receiver ccfs; one set of codes says it is for the 3000 series. You will find all the Dish receivers seem to use the same set of codes anyway so one of the others will probably work for the 3900.
