I'm looking to upgrade from my TS1000 to a TS2000. Is my ccf file fully compatible so I can just reload onto new TS2000?

Yes, the same ccf can go into any pronto/marantz line of remotes.
However, there will be some things lost or gained from the transition.
In your case, something will be gained from upgrading.

Going from 1000 up to 2000 is 100% compatible.
The CCF format is different so there will be a conversion.

About the only differences between the 1000 and 2000 is the maximum file size and database codes (which requires a slightly different hex code format).
