The V555ES is probably already set to AV2 mode, so it should work. However, not that many discretes are yet known for AV2.

Hi guys,

I have the Sony STR-V555es Receiver running in AV2 mode (Command Mode 2) and a second reciever for the back yard running in Standard AV1 mode. This works great!! I have got a TON of codes for the 555es receiver in AV2 mode. Let me know what you need.

Hint: I learned alot of the codes between 2 different sony remotes set-up to command mode 2. You will then be able to discretely control each amp separately by these commands. I am assuming that the VA555ES has a command mode 2 or AV2 option

Let me know which codes you require. I am currently trying to figure out the last set of codes for the complete setup. Sub woofer +/-. Proving to be quite difficult. Otherwise I have a bunch of other codes in AV2.

Do you happen to have codes that select tuner channels (e.g. A1 or A2 or C1)?

Thanks

Yes, Got them all.

If you post your e-mail, I will be glad to pass them along. Just note - All codes for this reciever are in AV2 Mode. I can describe more about the ccf in the mail.
