I have modified and combined multiple CCF files to a common new CCF. I want the "Home" panel to default at initial power on. In spite of everything it defaults to one of the devices control panels. I have checked jump to and delay settings for everything. Any suggestions?

Do you want to have the remote bring up a certain page each time the remote is turned on? That is not possible at all.
Or after a download or replace of batteries, or press of the reset button. Does the home page look or act different? From what you have in ProntoEdit? If it does, then you must rename the home panel. You can simpiley change the lower case h to an upper case H in the name "home" to "Home"

It defaults "only" to a device "Receiver" every time. I can exit back to the home page via the default house bmp on the upper center (left) of the screen. I realize that the screen will usually default to the screen used last. The operation matches Emulator so I am confident the software is doing its job. I am using 4.05. I just want to see the "Home" panel default at startup "sometimes" vs never.

Oh that is possible. HOWEVER, in order to do that you must name the home panel "home" all lower case. And you do NOT want to do that. Other wize the remote will make it's own jumps and looks of the home panel. So it's not a good idea.
In other words, your just gonna have to deal with it.
This issue is covered in the FAQs. Go check it out.

Greg, you only ever come across this when you download a new configuration. Once your CCF has settled down, it won't be an issue.
As Rob says the FAQ explains the effect for renaming the Home panel and/or disabling Home Page is Write Protected.

Everyone,
Thanks for the insight. Stephanie your response gave me the solution. I simply created a new device called "Intro" (it could be named anything as long as "it is first on the device list.") I copied the panel I wanted to default to from the home page with its "jump to" command to the intro device. It works perfect.
This is why they call it a forum. I appreciate the help.

The FAQ tells you which setting combination to use so that it goes to the Home panel rather than the 1st device.
