I deleted a tv from the device section, the screen said "please wait" and continued to say this for over 10 minutes. I then pressed the reset button in the battery compartment and now the RC5200 just bleeps every 10 seconds and flashes a very brief touchscreen marantz logo. When trying to download new software I simply get the message "Device not responding". What can I do?

You need to undead your pronto.

Have a look at the FAQ.

You could use Tonto to undead.
or use hyperterminal to do it manually.

I would upload the firmware from the marantz, which can be found on there website & start over again...Reset the remote and upload the firmware should work
