Iv just purchases a Marantz RC9200. I've been playing around with Touch Screen Setup and trying a few congurations from other users. All was great! Suddenly my unit wont come on. When I power it up I get the quick splash screen and then it beeps and resets itself. I think it doesnt have a config to boot into. I thought no problem Ill just reset to default by pressing the reset button and load the file using TSS. But it wont load. has anyone seen this before? Does anyone know of a solution other than returning the unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you cancelled a download? A corrupt (bad) download gives a four beep error, while an interrupted download tends to keep rebooting. Check the FAQ, there's manual directions on how to fix it (I believe Tonto also does the same thing automatically).

Sounds like what Daniel said. IMHO Tonto is the easiest way. Use the "undead remote" option from the tool bar and follow the instructions. Usually works on the first attempt, the other methods can take many retries.

Actually the method in the FAQ typically works the first try (if you follow directions), what takes many retries is trying to reflash the firmware.

Of course Daniels right, I got the two confused. Mea Culpa. Still, Tonto has fewer directions you have to follow.
