Marantz on their home page for the RC 5200 states that have a new dowload for their remotes..Does it pay to download and install this update? If so does it affect any of the current macros already installed on the remote?
They also state that they have new firmware as well.

It fixes some bugs and adds a few very minor features.
Other than that, I haven't noticed any difference in either firmware or PC software.
Maybe downloads are a bit more reliable now. It's hard to tell.
