After having installed an ir extender for the TSU6000, all of my ir emitters were blinking intermitently. After reading through the manual I changed the channel of the extender and reprogrammed. The emitters did not blink. However when I installed a second rf extender the new one and its emitters, set to the same channels as the original extender, were blinking while the original extender and its emitters were not. I don't buy the whole RF interference bit in this case...has anyone out there seen this anywhere? Any suggestions on troubleshooting would be helpful too.

I think 'channel' is misleading. All of the extenders use the same RF frequency. The 'channel' is probably just an ID byte that is sent as a prefix to the code that tells all of the extenders which one should repeat it as IR.
