There are foregrounds and backgrounds on the Panels (Parent, 1
st Child & Siblings). (In PE V4.0.x > Help > Index > child).
But your problem is that a Button must have an Action or a Jump in the Action List for it to show up except in Learn Mode, where all Buttons will show up. If you are Aliasing a Button to another Panel/Button, the Panel/Button must also have something in it's Action List.

And remember when you ask questions to be specific in your Heading and very specific in your question, including precisely what your problem/question is and what model Remote you have and what OS you are using on your PC.
