I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE ICONS FOR DIRECTV, BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE FILE IN THE PRONTO EDIT CCF. GALLERY, SO THAT I CAN INSERT INTO MY PANELS, NOT SURE HOW TO CONVERT FROM THE BITMAT TO CCF.

All caps is considered to be shouting. It's normally only used for emphasis. If you do this on almost any forum - someone will ask you to stop it. Kinda an Emily Post thing for the net. It does make your post harder to read in any case.

You're going to have to resize the icon. The easiest way to do this is use Windows Paint. Open paint, and display the icon. Select "image" on the tool bar and then "strech/skew". You can adjust the size by the percentages. Save the graphic as a 256 color .bmp file type. Whether the image will look decent depends on a lot of other things. Some images need a professional graphics program to make them look nice.
