revert button?

i have a ts 1000 and when i try to revert, the button is not operable. meaning that it is lighter than the rest of the buttons. i tried reseting it but no luck. can somebody tell me what to do? any and all help is appreciated.

The revert button will be grayed out, like your's is, until something is changed ON the remote. Best thing to do is change a label, delete a button. Some that would be a change on the remote. Then the revert button will show. Until you push revert or download a new ccf.

If you're using ProntoEdit, just download the sample CCF back to the remote.
