upload it to the forum, if it's nice.

Sounds like you did need some help... Most people lurk around here, and then start downloading CCFs, then they kind of get the hang of things...

No, no, no! It should be What???? (With apologies to JP).

On a more serious note. Mike has MS so his hand/eye co-ordination (particularly when his hands swell) tends to suffer a little. ‘Tis not easy having a mind that functions far quicker than one can write.

Neither, as he freely admits, is he particularly proficient at the technicalities of using a computer, hence his inability (lack of confidence) to upload. (Methinks the last thing that DT would want is several gigs worth of his better half’s work ending up on the server. Oh yes, mistakes have been made. He’s been “grounded” on more than one occasion . . . and I would think there are some on the Intermission Forum that would wish it were sine die).

As for the CCF itself . It’s extremely gratifying to learn that I’ve been of some assistance, yet I must confess to being a little embarrassed at the glowing praise. He spent 14 months doing most of the work himself, I merely joined up the dots, so to speak.

David.

djy,
thanks for your appropriate response to willy4360. I was scrolling down to enter a similar response when I saw yours. Willy, there is enough info in the name of this thread to suggest that maybe this is a case where it is more trouble than it is worth to correct a typo or two. Or hell, twelve if it came to that. Willy, chill.

Please do upload the ccf. I am interested in how you did the graphics because size of buttons is a factor in usability of the Pronto.

I am 54 years old and have pretty good eyesight, but I remember seeing clunky looking Russian products in the fifties and sixties and realizing, hey, here is a whole country where maybe they cannot afford glasses, so the graphics have to be made so everybody can use them, not just the eagle-eyes of the group. I see a lot of Pronto graphics that look just perfect for people about 3/4 the size of real people.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
